For all international shipments, duties and taxes will be billed to the receiving party. Please note that lion + wild is not liable for customs clearance fees that are required by your country, we also are not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs. if a package is stuck in customs, we have no control over when it will be released to you. you may want to contact your customs department to have it released. Packages that are returned to sender due to unpaid fees will be refunded less shipping fees.

All purchases are final, however LION+WILD will gladly allow any full priced swimwear to be exchanged within 10 days of receiving the merchandise as long as it has not been worn, washed, or damaged in anyway. The exchanged merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt, tags attached, sanitary liners in place, and need to be sent back in the original poly bags.

if any product in your order has arrived damaged or faulty in any way, please email us within 5 days of marked delivery - we will treat this with the highest priority in order to rectify the situation. If a return is received with a piece that seems used, worn, or damaged and there was no previous communication that it arrived in anything but perfect condition, we will not be able to process a refund or credit for the product.
